Drupal CRM Session at Florida DrupalCamp 2026 Showcases a Native, Drupal-First CRM

Drupal CRM Offers Native Alternative to CiviCRM at FLDC 2026

A session at Florida DrupalCamp 2026 will spotlight Drupal CRM, a fully native and extensible contact management system built specifically for Drupal. Presented by Steve Ayers and JD Leonard, the talk explores a Drupal-first alternative to CiviCRM designed for site builders and community-driven organisations.

The session is scheduled for to , and will take place in Room 182 at Florida Technical College, 12900 Challenger Parkway, Orlando, FL, 32826, US , as part of Florida DrupalCamp 2026.

Drupal CRM is designed as a Drupal-first alternative to CiviCRM, allowing organisations to manage structured contact and relationship data directly within Drupal. By avoiding external CRM integrations, the project aims to reduce complexity while keeping data models and business logic inside the CMS.

The session is part of the camp’s site-building track and is open to all attendees. It will explore how Drupal CRM aligns with Drupal’s site-building philosophy, particularly for nonprofits and organisations with limited technical or financial resources.

The presenters will also discuss real-world use cases, including adoption by community groups and membership-driven initiatives that require flexible but maintainable contact management solutions.

Steve Ayers, founder of Knowledge Learning Labs, and JD Leonard, freelance Drupal technical architect at Modern Biz Consulting, bring extensive Drupal community experience to the session. Leonard is a co-maintainer of Drupal CRM and an active community organiser involved in multiple Drupal initiatives.
