Zoocha Rebrands as Digital Experience Agency Powered by Drupal
Zoocha has announced a company-wide rebrand that reflects its evolution from a Drupal development agency to a digital experience agency powered by Drupal. The change is driven by growing client demand for strategic guidance, creative direction, and scalable digital capabilities. While the company had already been delivering UX/UI services, its leadership identified the need to formally expand into a full suite of experience services rooted in a CX-led approach.
The updated positioning moves Zoocha beyond interface design and toward delivering end-to-end digital experiences. This shift is designed to support organisations across the entire digital lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through design, development, and long-term optimisation.
The rebrand also reflects broader transformations across the digital sector. As artificial intelligence changes how digital experiences are built and how users engage with content, Zoocha viewed the moment as an opportunity to reposition itself. The new identity marks a clear point of change and provides a platform to communicate to existing, new, and prospective clients that the agency is equipped to lead digital transformation.
The DropTimes reached out to the Zoocha team to understand the thinking behind the rebrand. Amanda Glasgow, creative director at Zoocha, said the shift was grounded in direct client feedback:
The decision to rebrand was driven by feedback from our existing clients, who were looking for greater capability and capacity to support their digital strategy and creative direction.
She explained that the agency had already been delivering UX/UI services, but saw the need to grow its team and broaden its scope.
“This evolution moves us beyond UX/UI alone to a broader CX-led approach, focused on designing and delivering end-to-end digital experiences,” Amanda said.
Zoocha’s repositioning is underpinned by strategic thinking, creative depth, and technical expertise, all supported by strong governance and quality standards. The rebrand also formalises how the agency presents itself in the market, shifting from a “Drupal development agency” to a “digital experience agency powered by Drupal,” while maintaining its strong technical foundation.
The visual identity was developed using the same structured process Zoocha applies to client projects. The creative team began by defining the purpose of the rebrand: to demonstrate the company’s growth, acknowledge the need to reposition, and attract key audiences. This was followed by a competitive analysis, a review of client feedback, and alignment with broader business goals.
As part of the process, three creative concepts were developed to explore potential future directions for the brand. Progress was shared internally at each stage to secure leadership approval and provide teams with visibility into the evolving direction, helping build momentum and confidence in the new identity.
The final brand is centred around a distinctive geometric shape featuring a bold “Z” to represent the company name. The logomark is designed to be simple, unique, and easily recognisable across all digital touchpoints. A contemporary colour palette of electric blue and warm coral creates contrast and visual impact, while the overall aesthetic reflects Zoocha’s expanded creative offering.
The typography has been intentionally simplified to remain clean and unfussy, ensuring clarity and focus on content. The redesigned website serves as a central showcase for Zoocha’s updated service portfolio and project work. Geometric shapes have also been animated to serve as idents for individual service areas, reinforcing the visual system across digital channels.
Amanda said the new brand positions Zoocha as a people-first agency that combines strong technical capability with human-centred problem solving and creativity. The rebrand is intended not only to modernise the company’s appearance but also to communicate its evolved role in supporting organisations through digital change.
