Dripyard Achieves Silver Tier in Drupal Certified Partner Program
Dripyard has officially joined the Drupal Certified Partner Program at the Silver tier, based on over 700 weighted contribution credits in the past year. The announcement was made by Mike Herchel and celebrates the work of a small but highly active two-person team that continues to make consistent contributions to Drupal Core, the Canvas initiative, and various community modules.
The Drupal Certified Partner (DCP) Program is administered by the Drupal Association to highlight organisations that meaningfully support the project through code, time, and funding. The tiered system, ranging from Bronze to Top Tier, ranks participants based on their weighted contribution credits over a rolling 12-month period.
Dripyard’s 700+ credits are particularly notable given its team size of just two people. Their work spans Drupal Core, Canvas, and other contributed modules, showing that smaller agencies can still have a significant impact. Their Silver status signals not just technical engagement, but a broader commitment to Drupal’s growth and sustainability.
The DCP program aims to distinguish the ecosystem’s “makers” from “takers,” rewarding those who actively give back. By becoming a partner, companies support the Drupal Association’s essential operations, including Drupal.org, event coordination, marketing, and legal support, all managed by what many describe as a “small but mighty” team.
Dripyard emphasised their guiding philosophy: “Do Good for Drupal.” Their goal is to build fast, accessible, and user-friendly premium themes while also reducing maintenance costs for site builders. Partnering through the DCP adds to their ongoing contributions, which also include code, financial donations, and community involvement.
Organisations can join the DCP program starting at $1,500 annually for teams of one to five. Individuals can also support Drupal by joining the Ripple Makers program at any donation level.
