Upgrading UNOLS Website to Drupal 10: A Case Study on Performance and Accessibility Improvements

Upgrading the University-National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS) website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 was crucial for improving performance, accessibility, and content management.
