Call for Speakers: Drupal EU Government Day 2026 on Digital Government Services
Drupal EU Government Day 2026 is now accepting speaker proposals for its upcoming free conference on January 29, 2026, in Brussels. Targeting digital professionals and policymakers across Europe, the event invites submissions focused on open-source solutions and real-world government digital service challenges.
Organizers are especially seeking talks on privacy-first AI implementations, experiences with LocalGov Drupal and GovCMS, government design systems, and cybersecurity strategies, including DDoS mitigation. Both success stories and lessons learned are encouraged, promoting candid insights that strengthen public digital infrastructure across EU member states.
Backed by the European Commission and supported by Drupal Belgium, Drupal France, Drupal Switzerland, and Drupalcamp England, the one-day event will be held at Rue de la Loi 107 in the European Quarter of Brussels. Participants can expect practical case studies, peer networking, and sessions that highlight collaboration between technologists and public service leaders.
Speaker submissions are open until October 15, 2025. More details, including the full agenda and proposal form, are available on the official conference site at drupal4gov.eu. The event is entirely volunteer-run, with free entrance and an optional donation model to support its continued operation.
