DrupalSouth Wellington 2026 has officially opened its call for papers, inviting submissions from individuals and teams across the Drupal ecosystem to present at the upcoming conference, which will be held from 12–14 May 2026 in Wellington, New Zealand.

Organisers are seeking proposals from speakers of all backgrounds, topic areas, and disciplines relevant to Drupal and its community. Submissions will be reviewed by a volunteer panel of Track Leads, each experienced in their respective fields. The evaluation will consider the clarity of the session description, relevance to the track, and the speaker's experience.

Selected sessions will receive one complimentary event ticket. Co-presenters are welcome, with additional speakers offered discounted tickets. Track Leads will coordinate with accepted speakers to determine the most suitable session length for each talk, which may include:

Lightning Talk: 15 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A)
Standard Talk: 30 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A)
Extended Talk: 45 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A)

Speakers may submit multiple proposals. The submission deadline is 11:59 PM on Friday, 30 January 2026 (Wellington time), and selected presenters will be notified by Friday, 13 February 2026.
