Jan De Nul Replaces Legacy Job Site with Drupal-Based Career Platform

A ship worker

Jan De Nul revamped its static, outdated job site into a modern Drupal-based platform, designed with candidate experience and internal manageability in mind. The previous site lacked a CMS, brand alignment, and actionable data, making updates slow and analytics nonexistent. Dropsolid, chosen for its Drupal expertise and open-source mindset, delivered the new site within three months.

The new site integrates with Jan De Nul’s ATS and aligns visually with the corporate website, delivering a unified brand experience. Built in Drupal, it grants full control to internal teams, enabling content updates and structure changes without external help. The open-source foundation ensures future scalability, cost efficiency, and independence.

Strategic research informed the build, emphasizing user behavior, visual engagement, and internal needs. While the writeup is detailed, it leans heavily on project narrative and lacks deeper insights into Drupal-specific technical choices or modules used. Still, it’s a credible case study for Drupal in corporate HR contexts.

Note: The vision of this web portal is to help promote news and stories around the Drupal community and promote and celebrate the people and organizations in the community.
