Adaptive Introduces Interact Links to Enable AI-Powered Website Navigation
Adaptive has introduced Interact Links, a new feature designed to transform traditional website navigation into AI-powered conversations. The tool, now live across Adaptive’s own site, allows users to click a link that opens a conversational interface, also called AI Mode, instead of navigating to a static page.
Unlike standard hyperlinks, Interact Links pass contextual prompts to the assistant, enabling direct and relevant dialogue. For example, service pages can trigger questions such as “What does your hosting include?” or team profiles can launch queries like “Tell me about Steve Allen and what he works on.” Editors working in Drupal can add Interact Links using familiar workflows, making implementation straightforward.
According to Adaptive, Interact Links address growing user demand for interactive digital experiences that feel personal and responsive. Benefits include faster access to answers, clearer intent-driven navigation, and stronger engagement for organizations.
The company highlighted key lessons from deployment: clear design signals are essential to set user expectations, context determines the quality of responses, and links should be used selectively to avoid overwhelming users.
Adaptive confirmed that Interact is fully operational and aims to set a new standard for conversational, human-centered digital services.
