Üeberbit Uses AI to Streamline Editorial Work in Drupal and TYPO3 Projects
Üeberbit recently implemented tailored AI integrations in Drupal and TYPO3 to streamline content management for Heidelberg Materials and Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr (rnv).
For Heidelberg Materials, which operates over 90 websites in 27 languages, Üeberbit integrated the Drupal AI module to automate SEO title, meta description, and alt text generation. This improves multilingual content consistency while reducing editorial overhead and boosting international visibility.
Meanwhile, for rnv, Üeberbit developed “KlarText”—a CKEditor plugin powered by large language models. It converts complex content into simplified language directly within the CMS, increasing accessibility and allowing editors to focus more on quality. Together, these solutions show how AI can enhance open-source CMS platforms for real editorial gains.
