Call for Training Proposals for DrupalCon Chicago 2026
The Drupal Association has announced a call for training proposals for DrupalCon Chicago 2026, taking place from March 23 to 26 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Training partners are invited to develop full-day sessions focused on Drupal CMS 2.0 and Drupal-powered AI tools, helping attendees master the latest innovations in the platform.
Monday, March 23, 2026, is designated as Training Day. Sessions will run from 09:00 to 16:00, split into two three-hour blocks with a lunch break. Selected trainers will operate under a profit-sharing model and must submit a W-9 form, electronic funds disbursement details, and a signed agreement.
Proposal submissions must include a training title and description, the target experience level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), and clear learning outcomes. Proposals are due by the end of the day Friday, 1 August 2025, and should be emailed to Meghan Harrell, Director of Community Programs at the Drupal Association, at meghan@association.drupal.org
Review of proposals will take place the week following the deadline, with selection notifications sent by Monday, 11 August 2025. The training lineup will be finalized ahead of the Early Bird ticket launch on 15 September.
