Drupalcamp Rennes 2024, organized by the Drupal France et francophonie association, took place in March at the Maison des Associations in Rennes. The event brought together developers, site builders, and newcomers to explore the Drupal CMS.
Chloé Corfmat, celebrating her 10th year using Drupal, attended the camp on Friday, March 29, and presented her first conference titled "A website accessible to all thanks to a properly configured back-office." Her talk emphasized digital accessibility and configuring a back-office to ensure content accessibility. The presentation covered defining digital accessibility, preparing content formats, configuring the WYSIWYG editor, and contributing accessible content.
Highlights of the camp included a talk on FrankenPHP by Kévin Dunglas, a roundtable on contributing to Drupal by Fabien Clément, and sessions on automated testing, legacy code management, and migrating from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. Chloé praised the camp's organization and the warm community, encouraging participation in future Drupalcamps.
