NMS Labs partnered with ImageX to address several critical needs for their website. Initially, the collaboration began under a service agreement, which evolved into a comprehensive project following an audit by the Business Analyst team. Key recommendations included enhancing the overall user experience to better showcase content, upgrading to Drupal 9 and PHP, and overhauling their main offering, the Test Catalog, to support future functionality.

The project involved a complete redesign and optimization of the NMS Labs website, focusing on mobile-first design principles. The transition from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9, and subsequently to Drupal 10, was a significant aspect of the project. Additionally, improvements were made to the search filtering system using the latest Solr technology, allowing for intricate search features that enhanced the content showcase of their test catalog. A stronger caching feature was also implemented to manage the large database effectively, addressing previous issues with site crashes.

Post-launch, NMS Labs continues to collaborate with ImageX for ongoing security, version updates, and user experience enhancements. The partnership has proven beneficial, with the team at NMS Labs praising the timely delivery, prompt responses, and excellent project management provided by ImageX. This ongoing support has been crucial in maintaining the website's performance and security.

Since the redesign, NMS Labs has seen significant improvements in user engagement metrics. The bounce rate has dramatically decreased from 38% to just 2%, indicating a much more engaging user experience. The positive feedback from the Digital Marketing Manager highlights the effectiveness of the project and the value of the enhancements made to the website.
