Development of a Specialized Website for Law Enforcement by ImageX

Verogen required a new professional website tailored specifically for law enforcement, equipped with unique tools and account management features absent from their previous site. The project was initiated to better serve law enforcement professionals and genealogists collaborating with them. ImageX was tasked with building this specialized portal, ensuring it met the specific needs of its users.

ImageX undertook the design and development of the new site from the ground up, focusing on user interface and user experience (UI/UX). The team integrated the client's pre-existing tools and developed custom APIs to enhance functionality. Additionally, a subscription and payment platform was incorporated to streamline user interactions and transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.

The migration process involved replicating essential tools from the original site while analyzing various business use cases and user types. Since its launch in December 2020, ImageX has provided ongoing support, continuously improving the site by adding new features and maintaining its performance to meet evolving user needs.

The results have been positive, with a significant increase in users and profiles uploaded since the site’s launch. Feedback from the client highlights the thoughtful design and effective technology choices made by ImageX, underscoring the success of the project in fulfilling Verogen's objectives.
