Acquia & Yext Collaborate to Deliver New AI Search Integrations

Yext, an AI Search Company has announced their partnership with Acquia to allow businesses that have websites on the Acquia Drupal Cloud to use AI search engines. Yext helps improve search using AI solutions. The AI solutions use a variety of NLP( natural language processing) algorithms to understand complex questions and provide real answers to them.

Websites built on Acquia Drupal Cloud will be able to use a data network to integrate information about their users, locations, help topics, events, etc into their Yext graphical stored and data compliant AI search platform. Using the organized data, businesses will be able to drag and drop search results to their website using Yext’s Drupal application. Benefits include reduction in support costs and speed in information gathering.
