Greg Harvey to Demo ce-deploy at December 2025 NWDUG Online Meetup

The North West Drupal User Group (NWDUG) will host its next virtual meetup on December 9, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM GMT. This month's featured session will be led by Greg Harvey, Managing Director, Code Enigma, who will present a live walkthrough of his open-source deployment tool, ce-deploy.

Ce-deploy is an Ansible-based tool designed to streamline the deployment of diverse applications. Greg, who has been actively refactoring and extending its capabilities, noted that the tool has already been used by clients to deploy a Node.js-based search application. The upcoming version promises broader support, improved modularity, and built-in AWS integrations, with future compatibility for Scaleway also on the roadmap.

During the session, Greg will demonstrate ce-deploy's real-world usage and explain how its flexible architecture functions like a “Lego bin” of reusable Ansible components. Although rooted in DevOps tooling, the event welcomes participants beyond the Drupal community.
