Oaisys 2025: QED42's AI Conference to Feature Drupal Sprint, Open Architecture Talks in Pune

Oaisys by QED42: AI Practitioner Conference with Tracks on Drupal AI, Open Architectures & Unconference – Pune, Nov 29–30

QED42 is organizing Oaisys, a focused AI practitioner conference set for November 29–30 in Pune, in collaboration with FreelyGive Ltd. The event brings together developers, designers, and technologists to share hard-earned lessons, open-source tools, and real-world approaches to building AI systems—without the marketing fluff.

With just 100 seats, Oaisys is built for practitioners by practitioners. The conference will unfold across three distinct tracks, each aiming to cut through AI hype and elevate authentic experience.

1. Drupal AI

Drupal remains core to QED42’s engineering culture. This track explores the CMS’s expanding AI capabilities through keynotes, demos, and a collaborative sprint. Many Drupal AI contributions have emerged from India, and the event will enable contributors to work directly with James Abrahams and Marcus Johansson of FreelyGive Ltd.

The Drupal AI Sprint is invite-only but open and free to active contributors. A pre-event enablement webinar series is already underway: Enablement Webinars.

2. Framework-Agnostic AI

This track delves into architecture-agnostic approaches for AI systems. Topics will include real-world adoption, best practices, tooling strategies, and lessons learned from teams working with open-source GenAI stacks. A final agenda will be published next week, with some speaker slots still open.

3. Unconference / Birds of a Feather

A space for informal, participant-led sessions—designed to foster candid conversation, exchange ideas, and co-create next steps. Topic proposals open next week.

Oaisys is geared to illuminate what’s real in AI—the workflows that scale, the dead ends to skip, and the people driving meaningful contributions.
