Volunteers Still Needed for 2025 PNW Drupal Summit

Organizers of the 2025 Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit are seeking additional on-site volunteers to support the event, scheduled for October 18 and 19 at McMenamins Edgefield Hotel in Troutdale, Oregon. Volunteers will receive a $25 discount on the current ticket rate and play a key role in delivering a successful community-led event.

The PNW Drupal Summit is entirely volunteer-produced and welcomes support from anyone attending. On-site volunteer roles include registration and information desk assistance, speaker support with A/V setup, media coordination such as event photography and social posts, as well as general setup and cleanup duties. Volunteers are asked to assist with tasks like directing sponsors, taking session headcounts, and helping with end-of-day breakdowns.

To sign up, participants can complete the volunteer registration form and will receive a discount code after confirming their role. Those interested may also join the #pnw-drupal-summit channel on Drupal Slack or contact the organizers directly at info@pnwdrupalsummit.org.
