Booth Sponsorships Open for DrupalCon Vienna 2025
Organizations still have the chance to secure booth sponsorships for DrupalCon Vienna 2025, one of Europe's leading events for the global Drupal community. The conference will take place from 14 to 17 October 2025 at the Austria Center Vienna.
Booth sponsorship offers a high-impact platform for companies to showcase their work, connect with Drupal professionals, and reinforce their commitment to the open-source ecosystem. Sponsorships also support training sessions, community contributions, and first-time attendee participation.
Core booth sponsorship packages are available at four levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each tier offers different benefits based on visibility, engagement, and booth size.
- Diamond includes 15 DrupalCon tickets, a 5m by 3m exhibition stand, top stand selection priority, lead retrieval, a 45-minute open stage session, and branding across t-shirts, mailings, and social media. Sponsors also introduce keynote speakers and can feature a pre-recorded video before the keynote.
- Platinum includes 7 tickets, a 6m by 2m stand, second stand selection, mailing and social media promotion, and a 45-minute open stage session.
- Gold includes 3 tickets, a 3m by 2m booth, third selection priority, and a 10-minute lightning talk.
- Silver includes 2 tickets and a 2m by 2m island stand, with one social media promotion.
All booth sponsors can add services such as extended stand space, lead retrieval, and a 1:1 meeting scheduler.
