Splash Awards Spain 2025 to Honor Top Drupal Projects at DrupalCamp

The Splash Awards Spain are set to make their return on September 18, 2025, during the closing session of the Business Day at DrupalCamp Spain. The awards will recognise outstanding Drupal projects developed by agencies, companies, institutions, and collectives across the country.

This year’s ceremony will take place at the Hotel Monumento San Francisco, a restored 18th-century convent located just 150 meters from the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. The venue, designated as an Asset of Cultural Interest, provides a fitting backdrop for honouring innovation and creativity within the Drupal ecosystem.

The awards cover nine categories:

• Design/UX

• Social/Non-Profit

• Technology

• Tools/Apps

• Governmental

• Online Stores

• Media

• Education

• Multilanguage

In addition, one project will be selected for a special recognition as the best Drupal initiative from the Spanish community.

All submitted entries will be reviewed by an independent jury, using five key evaluation criteria: concept, design, technology, customer value, and contribution to the Drupal community.

The Splash Awards aim to highlight the technical and creative achievements of those building with Drupal in Spain. Project submissions are currently open, with full details and registration links available via the official event page and the submission form.
