EvolveDrupal NYC Set to Launch Tomorrow

EvolveDrupal NYC is set to take place tomorrow, September 20, 2024, at Candid in the Financial District, bringing together professionals passionate about digital, design, and development. This summit, hosted by Evolving Web, offers a diverse program featuring over 30 talks across three tracks: Higher Education & Digital Communications, Tech & AI, and UX/UI Design & Strategy. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with a range of topics beyond Drupal, exploring open-source technology, design strategies, and the latest advancements in the tech scape.

The event also includes pre- and post-summit networking receptions, fostering connections, and encouraging the exchange of ideas within the digital community. The summit boasts an impressive lineup of more than 15 speakers, including experts in digital communications, web development, content strategy, and user experience design.

One of the standout features of EvolveDrupal is the EvolveUX sessions, offering attendees the chance to provide feedback on work-in-progress projects and pre-release products. A highlight from previous summits was the presentation of the Data Homebase project, developed by McGill University and Evolving Web, which leverages Drupal to create interactive data visualizations aimed at promoting sustainable housing.

Suzanne Dergacheva, Co-founder and Drupal Practice Lead at Evolving Web, emphasized the event’s breadth, stating, 

"We go beyond Drupal, with speakers bringing their perspectives on other technologies and CMSs."
