Code of Conduct Incident Response January Workshop
The Drupal Community Working Group (CWG) is continuing to team up with Otter Tech to offer live, monthly, online Code of Conduct incident response training on 2023 January 25 9.00 am to 1.00 pm PT (USA) (5.00 pm to 9.00 pm UTC) for the Drupal community. See Code of Conduct contact training, for details about the training including how to register and receive a Drupal community discount.
This will be an online event.
Past participants reported that the workshop enhanced their professional communications as well - creating a value-addition for their company to support them during this more stressful than average time. CWG recomments to talk with your organization and/or local Drupal group about possible continuing education support to attend the workshop.
The training is designed to provide "first responder" skills to Drupal community members who take reports of potential Code of Conduct issues at Drupal events, including meetups, camps, conventions, and other gatherings. The workshops will be attended by Code of Conduct enforcement teams from other open-source events, which will allow cross-pollination of knowledge with the Drupal community.
