25 Years of Innovation: Celebrating Drupal by Giving Back to the Community

A few days after Drupal's twenty-fifth birthday, we're gathering for what has become a regular event for anyone who believes in the power of free software.

What is it about?
Drupal was created by people for people all over the world.

Every year, during the last weekend of January, Drupalists from around the world gather in small local groups or virtual meetings to work side by side.

In short, a network of events that unites the entire Drupal community (one of the largest, most active and long-lived open source communities).

How does it work? 
In other communities, these events are also called "Code Sprints," but in reality, the contribution to the Drupal community is much broader and more inclusive.

Drupal needs diverse talent to continue to be a benchmark in the enterprise market!

Want to write code? Hunt bugs, develop patches, contribute to core features, or start a new module! ??‍?
Why not help translate the documentation into your native language? (We welcome Drupalists of other nationalities in Italy too! ?)
Or are you good at writing documentation? There's a lot to do on that front. ?
Do you work in marketing? We need you: ideas for promoting Drupal are welcome. ?
Are you a frontend developer? That's great: Drupal isn't just backend, but also a lot of frontend code that needs to be maintained. ✨
There's a lot to do in different areas, so you definitely won't be left sitting on your hands!

Regardless of your skill level, we're sure there's something for everyone!

Event Details
? When : Saturday, January 31, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m.

? Where : Via Gustavo Fara 9, Milan (at the SparkFabrik offices)

We will host up to 20 people at the SparkFabrik headquarters at Via Gustavo Fara 9 in Milan. The rest of the participants can follow the event remotely (we'll discuss the technical details later by coordinating on the Drupal Association's #drupal-italy Slack channel ).
