Help Shape the Program at DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 — Volunteer Now

The organisers of DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 are seeking volunteers to serve as track chair leads and track team members, core roles responsible for shaping and maintaining the quality of the event’s programme. Applicants accepted to the Program Team will gain valuable experience curating content for one of the largest gatherings in the Drupal community and will receive a complimentary ticket to attend the conference in Rotterdam.

Track chair leads will coordinate session review and selection within their assigned tracks, requiring additional time commitment during the selection phase. All volunteers must be able to contribute approximately 2–3 hours per week during the review period in April. Track chair leads will also contribute a further 2–3 hours per week during the May session selection process.

Participation on the Program Team offers community recognition on the official Drupal.org platform and at the conference itself, strengthening professional visibility while contributing to the success of DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026. Organisers emphasise that the opportunity is open to passionate community members with a strong interest in content curation, collaborative planning, and delivering high‑quality educational sessions for attendees.

Volunteers interested in joining the Program Team must submit their applications by Friday, 23 January 2026. Early submissions are encouraged.
