Binary Works to Host Webinar on AI Tools That Improve University Enrollment Rates

Binary Works will host a live webinar on January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST) focused on how AI discovery assistants are helping universities convert more prospective students by improving website navigation and access to key information. The session will be conducted online and is limited to 25 participants.

The webinar will demonstrate how AI tools address the high dropout rate among prospective students who fail to find relevant content on university sites. With real-time, personalized responses, AI assistants can reduce frustration, increase engagement, and drive completed applications. A live demo will show the assistant in action on a university website, followed by a 28-day implementation roadmap that includes CMS integration, technical requirements, and KPIs for measuring success.

Speakers include Karthik Kalimuthu, a Drupal and WordPress expert in higher education web solutions, and John Harris, an AI adoption strategist who has worked with over 50 institutions. The event is aimed at enrollment managers, content strategists, IT leaders, administrators, and marketing professionals responsible for digital performance and student experience.
