Drupal Cologne Meetup Debuts December 18 with Community Kickoff Event
Drupal professionals in Cologne are coming together for the first time with the launch of the Drupal Cologne Meetup on December 18, 2025, hosted by Progressive Digital at their agency loft in Ehrenfeld.
This initial gathering introduces a new local meetup series for Drupal users and practitioners across the region. The kickoff event is open to developers, freelancers, agency staff, and project managers who work with Drupal, regardless of experience level. Rather than following a fixed agenda, the evening will focus on introductions, open discussions, and shared input on what the community would like from future sessions.
Progressive Digital is offering food and refreshments as part of the welcoming environment, aiming to foster informal exchanges and new connections. The meetup is intended as a space for participants to share insights, discuss ongoing projects or challenges, and help shape the direction of the group going forward.
Beginning in 2025, Drupal Cologne plans to hold monthly meetups. These may include expert presentations, open discussions, or contribution sessions, depending on community interest. The December event will help set the tone for what comes next.
The event takes place in person at Hospeltstraße 65–67 in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, with activities scheduled from 18:00 to 21:00 CET. Registration is available online through Eventbrite.
