DrupalCamp Colorado 2025: Decoupling Drupal and WordPress for Headless Commerce

DrupalCamp Colorado 2025 will take place July 25–26 at the Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria Campus in Denver, Colorado. Among its sessions, Matt Dorman will lead “Decoupling Drupal and WordPress: A Hands-On Guide to Headless Content and Commerce,” offering live coding and configuration demonstrations.

Attendees will learn how to configure JSON:API for Drupal and WPGraphQL for WordPress, connect headless CMSs to front-end frameworks such as React and Vue, and manage dynamic content delivery, navigation, and API authentication. The workshop will provide practical techniques and real-world insights for creating scalable, decoupled web experiences across higher education, media, and enterprise environments.

O’Reilly Media will offer every in-person participant a free 30-day trial of its learning platform, including access to hundreds of ebooks, videos, and online tutorials.

More information, registration details, and the full session schedule are available on the DrupalCamp Colorado website.
