Drupal Pune Meetup to Celebrate 25 Years of Drupal on January 10

The event, titled Drupal Pune Meetup – Birthday Edition, will take place at the QED42 Office in Viman Nagar, Pune. Community members of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, are invited to attend. The meetup provides a platform to engage in conversations about Drupal’s evolution, share experiences, and connect with other local enthusiasts.

The program begins at 9:45 a.m. with a meet and greet, followed by a keynote session scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the theme Drupal at 25: A Quarter‑Century of Innovation and Community. The session will be delivered by Ruturaj Chaubey, who will reflect on Drupal’s growth, its vibrant ecosystem, and its role in shaping open‑source digital experiences over the past 25 years.

Following the keynote, an open discussion will be held around 10:40 a.m., offering participants an opportunity to share insights, ask questions, and explore challenges and ideas relevant to the Drupal community. The meetup will conclude with lunch and snacks around noon, during which attendees can network further.

Organisers emphasise that the event is a celebration of both Drupal’s legacy and the local community’s contributions to its ongoing success. Participation is open to anyone interested in Drupal, including developers, site builders, designers, content managers, students, and technology professionals.
