Session Proposal Deadline Nears for Southwestern Ontario Drupal Camp
The deadline to submit session proposals for the inaugural Southwestern Ontario Drupal Camp is Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The event will be held on October 24 at the Kitchener Public Library in Kitchener, Ontario.
Wide Scope Welcomed, New Voices Encouraged
Organizers are seeking talk proposals across a broad range of web and digital topics, including but not limited to Drupal development, design, SEO, accessibility, AI, and project leadership. Sessions don’t have to be Drupal‑specific, and formats such as panels, Q&A sessions, or team presentations are all welcome. The event’s organizers explicitly encourage new speakers and those from underrepresented groups to apply. Early acceptance is possible for strong proposals submitted ahead of the deadline.
Event Logistics & Submission Details

Proposed talk durations can be 25 or 45–50 minutes. All speakers must create an account and abide by the Drupal Code of Conduct.
