Drupal AI Integration Workshop Scheduled for September 13, 2025, in Pune
A full-day workshop focused on integrating AI capabilities into Drupal will be held on September 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST) in Pune, India, as part of the DrupalCamp Pune 2025. The in-person session will be led by QED42’s Senior Backend Developer Akhil Babu and Director of Technology Piyuesh Kumar, both experienced Drupal core contributors and AI initiative collaborators.
The workshop will provide a detailed introduction to AI concepts relevant to Drupal development, including machine learning, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and integration with AI service providers. Participants will learn to install and configure the Drupal AI module, explore its sub-modules, and apply them to real-world use cases.
Topics will include AI-powered content suggestions, CKEditor enhancements for assisted writing and tone adjustments, automation through AI Automators and Automator Chains, context-aware search using RAG pipelines, custom chatbot development, and building AI agents for conversational experiences and site-wide automation. Practical demonstrations will connect these capabilities to content delivery, user interaction, and marketing strategies.
The session is aimed at Drupal developers, site builders, and solution architects seeking to implement AI-driven features, automate workflows, and improve editorial productivity. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to configure and extend Drupal’s AI features, build automations, and deliver advanced content and search experiences.
Seats are limited, and early registration is recommended. More information and booking details are available on the event’s official page.
