BADCamp 2025 Session Proposal Deadline Set for July 30, 2025
Bay Area Drupal Camp has set July 30, 2025, as the deadline for session proposals. Submissions close at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on July 30. BADCamp 2025 will run September 25 to 27, 2025, at OAKStop in Oakland, California, and will bring together Drupal users, developers, marketers, and content specialists for three days of presentations and networking.
Proposals are being accepted through Sessionize at https://sessionize.com/badcamp-2025. Topics may fall under AI, content marketing and martech, development and coding, DevOps, leadership and management, site building, or user experience, accessibility, and design. Presentations on related technologies that intersect with Drupal, such as front-end JavaScript frameworks or AI-driven content workflows, are also welcome.
Prospective speakers must review BADCamp’s Code of Conduct and use a Drupal.org account to ensure proper community attribution. Pre-submission mentoring is available via the #session-help Slack channel in the BADCamp workspace. A Speaker Diversity Workshop presentation and videos from previous camps offer additional guidance for new and returning presenters.
BADCamp has remained free to attend for over 16 years thanks to sponsor support. Organizations interested in sponsorship opportunities can contact info@badcamp.org to help sustain this community-driven event.
