Bihar is set to host its first-ever Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) conference, BiharFOSS 2025, at IIT Patna on March 22, 2025. The event, organized by FOSS United in collaboration with NJACK IIT Patna, aims to bring together students, professionals, and open-source enthusiasts to explore the world of FOSS.
