Prior to joining Dropsolid, Eline gained valuable experience in recruitment and HR consultancy, where she worked as a Recruiting Expert in Sales & Marketing and as an Advanced Permanent Placement Consultant. Her extensive background in recruitment, employee relations and HR consulting has provided her with the skills needed to build, and maintain, a high-performing team that thrives in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
