Chris Tranquill

Chris is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in customer experience software and services. Prior to joining Acquia, Chris was CEO at Khoros, a leading provider of digital-first customer engagement software serving some of the most recognisable brands in the world. Under his leadership, Khoros developed solutions that enabled these brands to accelerate digital transformation. Using AI and automation to provide advanced features across its platforms, including launching a SaaS offering, they were able to bring exceptional customer value and improve engagement.

Before Khoros, Chris was CEO and co-founder of Topbox, an omnichannel customer experience analytics software company. Over six years, he guided Topbox through significant growth and its eventual acquisition by Khoros in 2021.
