I have over several years of experience in Computer Hardware, Networking and System Administration. I've worked for several years as a IT technician and help desk, supporting users and providing support via telephone, email, remote assistance and on site support. I have some experience as a Website Builder with Drupal. Also have some experience organizing IT events, such as Festa do Software Livre, Drupal Day and Drupal Ibéria. My biggest passion is technology and I want to expand my knowledge and use my experiences to help others with the right solution.
