I am a visual thinker, and I always love programming. When I was a kid, I saw the “Whiz Kids” series on the TV I dreamed about controlling the world with a computer (It had to pass several years until it happens).

One of my first big jobs was at an advertising agency. In this place, I realized that the visual communication it is just one piece of a larger puzzle where we work with clear foundations and that the primary goal is to get precise results. Now, I give continuity to that knowledge getting involved with the UX and always keeping in mind that everything has a reason to be. I have a purist approach about visual communication that makes me embrace the user-oriented design and drives me to think that a gut feeling it is a good starting point that should be validated.

Since many years ago, my bachelor studies in Media Arts and my professional experience as a web developer allows me to work on projects as a link between designers and developers. My profile makes me understand the graphic narrative of a designer and the technology boundaries allowing to keep me aware of the key factors on each side of the team.

Now, the front-end environment is moving to a professional level, using more complex tools and implementing more sophisticated processes. Now more than ever, designing requires a rational approach, I cannot be in better position because I have skills on both sides of the process.
