I am a Principal engineering/tech lead with ~13 years experience implementing change through web based software and leading engineering teams using Drupal and beyond.
As a hands on developer myself I look to lead from the front and by example ensuring best practice is defined, followed and standards are maintained. Having lead teams of varying sizes ranging from 2 to 10, I’m adept at team prioritisation, task allocation and stakeholder management.
