Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District

Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is a government administration entity dedicated to preserving and restoring over 70,000 acres of natural open space and agricultural land in the Santa Cruz Mountains region. It manages a connected greenbelt of more than 65,000 acres, protecting biodiversity and providing ecologically sensitive public access and education. More information is available at openspace.org.
