The Contribution Events community initiative promotes the organization of and participation in contribution events worldwide and allows for crediting the organizers, mentors, participants, and sponsors of these events.
Goals
The goals of this community project include the following. If you have other goal suggestions, add a comment on the project goals issue.
- Allow contribution events to credit organizers, mentors, participants, and sponsors.
- Create documentation to help individuals and organizations host contribution events.
- Increase the number, type, and attendance for contribution events.
Meetings
We have regular meetings for Drupal community members interested in better organising, promoting, and improving contribution events. We discuss upcoming events, lessons learned from past events, ideas for increasing event participation, improving documentation, and more. The meetings are monthly:
